Tis' the APPLE season!

No apple tastes better than the one you pick yourself on a crisp autumn day. Get out and enjoy the apple season - it's one of Vermont's finest! Here are some 2018 apple-tastic events to get you started. If you're looking for a list of all the pick-your-own orchards, we've got you covered here

October 6th - Annual Vermont Apple Festival and Craft Show, Springfield.  It is never too early to start your Holiday shopping!  There are over 60 vendors from all over Vermont as well as New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania with handcrafted items. Outside there will be pony rides, apple cider making, farmers market, kid’s races, and a pie eating contest.

October 6th - Champlain Orchard Harvest Festival, Shoreham. Rocking tunes from the Luminous Crush, fresh local food, apple picking, wagon tours, fresh pies, hot cider, arts & crafts, and hard cider tastings!

October 6th & 7th - Mount Holly Cider Days, Belmont.  Watch fresh cider being made on a century old press and then enjoy a cup of that cider (hot or cold) with home-baked apple pie or crisp topped with ice cream.

October 6th & 7th -Apple and Crafts Fair, Woodstock. More than 100 Juried Craftspeople and Speciality Food Producers. 

October 7th - Scott Farm's 16th Annual Heirloom Apple Day, Dummerston. Celebrate heirloom apples, fresh, baked, and squeezed.
