Sensimilla Lifestyle invites you to join us on Wednesday, Dec 5th at 6:30 at The Richmond Community Kitchen in Richmond, VT to learn about CBD — what it is and how to incorporate it into your life through nutrition and cooking!

Using Luce Farm CBD oil, coconut oil and honey, founder and educator Kaylee Rumley will be demonstrating CBD cooking foundations and holiday recipes. We'll begin with an educational segment discussing exactly what CBD is, the differences between CBD and THC, and the extensive health benefits of cannabis. The second part of the evening will be a demonstration and some hands on cooking segment where participants will learn how to add CBD into holiday cookies and snacks. Students will be able to sample CBD-infused treats and will be given the opportunity to ask questions. The holiday season can be a stressful time, adding CBD into your favorite holiday recipes may be just the trick to make the family functions and holiday parties a little more enjoyable! Please note: this is a demonstration with minimal hands-on activities. Students will be consuming up to approximately 40 mg of CBD in the 5 different examples of CBD cookies. Students will leave with all of the recipes made during class as well as a better understanding of CBD and cannabis, tips for living CBD-rich lifestyle and a plate of our infused cookies!
