We are a small family operation that attempts to be as energy efficient as possible through the use of a state of the art Reverse Osmosis machine, steam away, and wood-fired high-efficiency evaporator. Our sugarhouse is handicap accessible and allows visitors to see the production of maple syrup from start to finish. We welcome visitors to come and learn about our love of sugaring. On open house weekend, we will have sugar-on-snow, homemade donuts, and syrup and maple cream samples available. We will also have products for sale.
