Gagne Maple is a family owned and operated sugarhouse which is home to about than 21,000 taps. We use a traditional wood fire evaporator to boil sap into maple syrup. Our evaporator measured 5ft by 15ft and has an evaporation rate of 400 gallons per hour.
Visitors can expect a tour of the sugar house and surround sugarbush. Maple syrup and maple cream tastings.
