Norwich Inn Brewer, Jeremy Hebert, in partnership with Norwich’s King Arthur Flour, invite you the next 2019 Bake & Brew Weekends, January 11-13 and March 29-31. Learn about the craft of beer and baking with beer, while enjoying great food. Along with brewing orientation and tasting with Jeremy, the package offers an optional customized baking class at King Arthur’s nearby Baking Education Center with Jasper Murdock Ale ingredients. The Package also offers an optional Distilled Spirts Tasting with SILO Distillery down the road in Windsor. The Experience starts with a welcome Beer & Cheese Tasting and will be capped by a Brewery Orientation and “Tasting at the Tanks”, followed by a festive “Brewer Banquet.” This will feature brew-inspired creations of Chef Scott Liberty and our culinary team, married with generous samplings of Jasper Murdock Ales.
