Join pastry chef and instructor Stephanie Taft inside The Hidden Kitchen classroom for this hands-on cooking class on Saturday May 25 from 11 am - 2 pm and learn how to make delicious sweet and savory party bites that your guests won't know are (all but one) gluten free. Menu includes: Orange-Almond Sticky Cake with yogurt and pomegranate (amazing!!), Kiwi & Passionfruit Pavlovas, Flavored Macarons, Smoked Salmon Choux Puff with Horseradish crème (not GF), Chive Pancakes with Crème Fraiche & Red Onion Confit, Corn Cups with Avocado, Papaya & Pink Grapefruit Salad.
Fee: $65 per person (includes lunch & recipes).
