Celebrate summer with specialty cocktails and a locally-sourced dinner. Meet Harry Gorman, Master Distiller of Vermont Spirits of Quechee and learn more about the company's work, process and ethics. The prix-fixe dinner features three craft cocktails, accompanied by a one-time, four-course Red Clover chef's pairing menu of fresh summer cucumber and melon gazpacho, tempura fried black cod, bourbon-glazed wild boar chop and lemon poundcake.
