Come cook hands-on with acclaimed Chef Ted, formerly of Hemingway’s Restaurant. Chef Ted now offers personalized cooking classes from beginner onward at his relaxed mountain top location. Having owned a restaurant named Hemingway's, we couldn't resist this title.
With Vermont's usual January thaw come thoughts of spring, so learning hands-on how to make a delicate Vermont Cheese Soufflé in January isn't inappropriate.
To complement this Vermont weather story, you will also learn how to make a heartier Vermont dessert: Apple Tart with Maple Cream Sauce.
Our Vermont ingredients of cheeses, fresh eggs, and maple syrup are available throughout the winter and since apples also store well, we can use fall pickings in January. Though Vermont maple syrup supplies are dwindling we can replace them in the spring, but spring won't be here soon enough for some!
So while we wait for spring, you can come join us for a relaxed and fun brunch lesson in our beautiful mountain top idyll!
Please BYOB. Further information available on our website.
