On Saturday, September 14th, please join the Black Lantern Inn and the Vermont Fresh Network for a celebration dinner and bluegrass music on the porch honoring The Parsons' Farm and their 100 years of farming!
The Parsons' Farm, a member of the Vermont Fresh Network, is located in Richford, VT. The Farm has a long, long history of raising quality products including milk, beef, eggs, and vegetables. Today they produce natural Vermont lamb. Their lambs are grass fed with hay, processed locally under USDA or Vermont state inspection, and are fresh frozen to ensure the highest quality and taste. No commercial grains, antibiotics, or hormones are used.

The Black Lantern Inn is hosting appetizers, cocktails, and a five-course meal featuring lamb from The Parsons' Farm, organic wine pairings from another Vermont Fresh Network member, Montpelier Vineyards, and local produce, meats, and cheeses from other nearby farms.
During dessert, Chef Joey from the Black Lantern Inn, Vermont Fresh Network staff, The Parsons' Farm will share a few words with the group.
