This farm is participating in Vermont Open Farm Week 2017!
Hands-on cheesemaking class using their own raw cow milk. Designed to be useful for adventurous home cooks and folks that want to play with milk science! You will likely make butter, ricotta, mozzarella, creme fraiche, and/or sour cream. You'll also have a tour of the milking facilities.
