Farm to Table Dinner at Ariel's Restaurant | Open Farm Week 2017


This farm is participating in Vermont Open Farm Week 2017!

Green Mountain Girls Farm meats, fruit, herbs and veggies together with contributions from others in the Floating Bridge Food and Farms Cooperative will be prepared and served by Chef Lee Duberman and Richard Fink who will host the dinner in their backyard, overlooking Sunset Lake in Brookfield, a quintessential Vermont village.

Also note, our Cooperative is neither a single farm nor a market, but we/Laura and Mari handle the reservations, marketing and provide 85% of the food to be offered, though the dinner will not be hosted on our farm...

The price of this extravagant evening is $75.00 per person, and includes your delicious meal, herbal iced tea, coffee, taxes and gratuities. The cash bar will include local beers, Vermont wines and a special house cocktail.
