Come tour this organic dairy farm and learn how the Larson family manage their land, growing lush pastures to feed the herd of Jersey cows to make delicious, creamy milk on a 100% grass-fed diet. Learn about pasture bio-diversity and meet the sweet cows. The tour ends at the new creamery where you will learn how these farmers blend their rich organic Vermont milk with traditional Italian ice cream recipes to create one-of-kind gelato, creamline yogurt, and mouth-watering golden butter. For a finale, enjoy a flight of sweet cream, maple, and chocolate gelato samples.
