Chef Jason Tostrup invites you to join him for a second summer of Farmhouse Dinners. This exclusive series of dining events, held throughout the summer harvest season, showcases Okemo Mountain Resort Executive Chef Tostrup’s commitment to his partnership with local farmers and food producers, as well as quintessential Vermont cuisine. They are scheduled on Saturday evenings at 6:30 p.m. throughout the summer: July 8, July 15, July 29, August 12, August 26, September 9 and September 23.
The Farmhouse Dinners will celebrate the bounty of Vermont’s terroir, its producers and food creations in a family-style setting. Each dinner will feature a different menu and some of Okemo’s farmer partners will be in attendance. You'll be in the hands of Okemo's finest chefs - Jason Tostrup and Mark Wiegand. Together, with their farmer partners, they have created a once in lifetime dining opportunity.
