Making The Perfect Crêpe and Galette at Trollhaugen Farm | Open Farm Week 2017

This farm is participating in Vermont Open Farm Week 2017!

We will practice mixing up and cooking crepes and gluten free galettes. Making crêpes is not so difficult if only a few simple tricks are observed. Come learn what they are!
