Cousins Brewing

Cousins Brewing is a three barrel brewery located at Localfolk Smokehouse in Waitsfield. Dedicated to brewing with the finest local ingredients, Cousins uses Peterson’s Quality Malts and locally grown hops. Since opening in April 2017, they have brewed a variety of styles including IPA, pale ale, brown ale, session stout, maple amber, Pilsner, Kolsch, and Hefeweizen. Popular offerings include Tolerable Pale Ale and Giggles IPA - both are generously hopped and nicely balanced with a clean finish. Stop in to Localfolk, Cousins Brewing's unofficial tasting room, for some beer sampling and great BBQ.
