Robert and Gisele Gervais, along with their fifteen children, have been farming since 1960. They bought the Boston Post Dairy with their four daughters in 2007, and added a creamery with viewing windows to allow visitors to watch the cheese making process, as well as a small retail store where they sell cheeses, goat milk soaps, maple syrup and bakery items all made at the farm.
The Missisquoi valley rail trail runs right behind the farm, and visitors are welcome to walk, jog or bike along the path.
Sampsonville Road is on Route 105. We are approximately 3 miles East from Enosburg Village headed towards Richford. The farm is located across from the Boston Post Road iron bridge, just before The Dairy Center.
We operate a dairy and maple farm. Our Bed & Breakfast offers our guests an opportunity to see farm life the way we live it! Our farm is certified organic. Our milk is sold to Organic Valley and Agri-Mark and contributes to making Cabot dairy products and Stonyfield yogurt. We make a wide variety of maple products which are available for sale at our farm store and on our website. Farm store offers frozen grass fed beef and maple products year round.
Flack Family Farm, in the Vermont hills, is a biodynamic farm using organic practices. Natural minerals and planned grazing with American Milking Devon cattle rejuvenate the soil, sequester carbon and yield nutrient dense foods and medicines including milk, grass fed meats, eggs, fermented vegetables (sauerkraut and kimchi / kim-chi), and herbal tinctures. Ox Pasture Maples is a family owned and operated business located in scenic Richford and East Berkshire, VT. Our operation is of the traditional wood fired variety with a mixture of the traditional and modern.
