Caledonia Spirits is a craft distillery based in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. We partner with local farmers and beekeepers to source organic grains and raw honey for our spirits. Raw honey distinguishes our craft-spirits by imparting a pure and soft botanical essence into each bottle. Our Barr Hill vodka is distilled from raw honey--it’s the only ingredient. Our award winning Barr Hill gin is distilled with juniper berries and finished with raw honey. Our Tom Cat barrel aged gin is simply our Barr Hill gin aged in brand new American Oak casks; this gives the gin a whiskey character. Our Elderberry Cordial is made with organic elderberries, infused in vodka, with plenty of honey to offer a rich and bold taste to be enjoyed as an aperitif. All of our spirits reflect our deep connection to the land and Vermont’s agricultural heritage.
Visit the Caledonia Spirits Distillery in the beautiful Northeast Kingdom for a tour of their distillery and retail space every Saturday 10 AM – 5 PM.
How to find us: Turn into the Lamoille Valley Ford Dealership, drive through the parking lot towards the log yard and stay left towards the red building.

With a house, barn and fields that date back from the 1850's, Karim Farm and Creamery plays an active role in maintaining Vermont's agricultural traditions. We enjoy our small herd of jersey cows and cheese making with the small changes in culture and process that lead to different products. Our diversified farming preserves Vermont's working landscape and practices humane treatment of animals and responsible land stewardship. We are committed to providing local customers with affordable, high-quality cheeses and other dairy products from a working farm in their midst, one they can visit to observe the process first hand.Add to My Places
Kingdom Brewing is located high atop Coburn Hill in the town of Newport Center, just a half mile past the northern most point of Route 100 on 105 East. The northern most point of Route 100 can be found about 4 miles southwest of Lake Memphremagog.
Brian and Jenn Cook created Kingdom Brewing with the intent to brew terrific craft beers from a wide variety of locally produced ingredients. Starting with American grown grains, they add locally produced ingredients such as maple sap, spruce tips or apples to create a variety of light to robust seasonal beers.
In addition to their homegrown philosophy, the Cooks run Kingdom Brewing in the most environmentally friendly way possible. One common problem for many brewers is finding a way to dispose of the mash left over from the brewing process. The Black Angus beef herd on the Cook’s farm happily dispose of the spent grains for them. Additionally, the brewery uses a geo-thermal type of fermentation cooling system.
